[align=justify]In the two and a half years ENS.Draven has been a member of the Unknown Soldiers, few have shown the dedication he has to the clan. From tireless recruiting, to streaming, to JSOC, Draven has immersed himself in the culture of the clan, and made himself a fixture in clan activities. A twenty-year retired veteran of the US military, Draven has striven to bring his real-life knowledge to the clan, always trying to include everyone from the highest to the lowest in his activities. I am pleased to announce his promotion to Commanding Officer of the Coast Guard! Congratulations, ENS![/align]
