Discord is currently experiencing an outage. It appears this is due to an upstream issue with Cloudflare and Google DNS. Their status page is currently down, but should reflect the availability of the service when it comes back up (status.discord.com).

Discord appears to be up and working again (for me). Your mileage may vary and stability isn't guaranteed. Discord's status page is back up.
