Unknown Soldiers Clan Reorganization

As was mentioned last night at the meeting, we're introducing a clan-wide reorganization to better align with our current size and priorities. To be more explicit those priorities are:

• Identifying and growing new games into clan supported units
  
• Focusing on reinforcing one clan, one identity
  

To that end, we are reorganizing branches into companies, Division into 1st Battalion and the clan as a whole into 1st Brigade. This comes with the following:

• Everyone will transition to Army ranks
  
• Branches will become companies
  
  • There will be no change or rank adjustments at the Company level
    

  [*]New games will begin as a squad reporting directly to 1st Battalion

We believe that this is the best way to realign our goals and priorities, adapt to our current size, and optimize for growth.

You may have noticed that Upper Command has already transitioned their jackets to the new system and taken appropriate rank reductions. We will be transitioning everyone's jackets as soon as possible with website updates as well (i.e. updating paygrades to reflect Army-only ranks, etc).
